Most Americans think were in a revovery: Look at this:



The Baltic Dry Goods index tracks the shipping of major raw materials (iron ore, coal, grain, cement, copper, sand and gravel, fertilizer and even plastic granules). 

In sum, it tracks the demand for everything that comprises future economic output. 

It's a global economy.  Global demand appears to be non existent. 

Imagine how much money will have to be created out of thin air to support the global economy once the fantasy of "Growing our way out," is exposed.
